功鎰設計開發(股)公司於西元1994年在彰化市成立，代客開發各類沖壓零件。
於2002年合併為 茂笙工業有限公司，在模具設計、金屬成型、加工製程及沖壓技術已有豐富的經驗，符合客人的需求。
